This culinary experience unfolds as follows: 

- Work up your appetite with a mixed salad using ingredients from the market.

- Enjoy a homemade Daube* accompanied by homemade tagliatelle (made by hand).

- Savor a succulent Tarte Tatin that you've learned to make from scratch.


*Important: Please note that due to the lengthy preparation required for the Daube, this dish will have been prepared in advance. However, you will receive a recipe and all necessary information to reproduce this dish at home!
