Who exactly is Leki?

Behind Leki is Emmanuelle, a self-taught chef with a passion for healthy cooking. A globetrotter of Provencal origin,  educated in dietetics and nutrition, she makes the most of her experience, education, and travels to create healthy and gourmet home cooking. She offers you original, tried-and-tested recipes that you can easily reproduce at home to delight and impress your loved ones.
