The ingredients:
1kg butternut
300g dark chocolate (or milk chocolate)
200g almond purée
50g coconut oil (deodorized)
50g brown sugar (you can add more if you prefer)
The recipe:
1. Steam the butternut flesh.
2. Melt the chocolate and oil in a water bath.
3. Mix melted chocolate with almond, butternut and sugar.
4. Pour into mould and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
5. Unmould and decorate before serving.
