The traditional markets throughout the week were something I truly loved.
The old town of Aix-en-Provence is a place where you discover something new every day, whether it’s bakeries with delicious tarts or little shops where you can buy charming souvenirs.
One thing that really surprised me was the olives from this region (I love them!). They’re the best I’ve ever tasted in my life and are absolutely delicious. If you visit the area, you must also try the pickled garlic, prepared like gherkins with a unique flavor that I will truly miss."
"In the classes with Emanuelle, we prepared dishes that I enjoyed so much, like ratatouille and Tarte Tatin. In every class, I learned new things about France, and particularly Provence. I had interesting conversations with the clients, and Emanuelle and I shared a lot of laughs.
This internship was truly enriching, delicious, and unforgettable! I would love to return and experience it all again!
